Terri was born and raised in Carmel, Indiana and graduated from Carmel High School. She has thirty years experience as a bookkeeping professional with a background in office management, insurance, and customer service.  It has been her lifelong dream to be a Real Estate Broker and she is excited to be a part of the Wagner team.  With her customer service and business knowledge it is her goal to provide her clients with a wonderful and successful buying and/or selling experience.

Terri currently resides in Parker City with her family and displays her passion for horses by participating in barrel racing and rodeos.
